ART. 7 LEGISLATION DECREE N. 196/2003

Rights of access to the personal data and other rights.(Legislation Decree n.196 /2003 Art. 7).

1.The interested party has the right to obtain, confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning them even if not registered, the intelligible communication.

2.The interested party has the right to obtain the indication concerning:

a) the source of the personal data;

b) the terms and purpose of treatment;

c) the logic applied in case of treatment done with the help of electronic instruments;

d) the identifying extremities of the owner, responsables and of appointed agents in compliance to the article 5, comma 2;

e) the subjects or group of subjects that the personal data could be communicated to or that could come to its knowledge in quality of appointed agents in the state territory of responsables or entrusted.

3.The interested party has the right to obtain:

a) The revision, correction or other, when interested, the integration of the data;

b) The cancelation, the anonimous transformation, or the block of the data treated against the law, comprehensive of those that are not neccessary to keep in relation to the use for which they were gathered or subsequently treated;
